Terms and Conditions

PARTICIPATION

  • Participants must be over the age of 18. Participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an appropriate adult and accept full responsibility for the participant.
  • The Participant agrees that the class/es booked are non-transferable and are only for use by the individuals who have booked these.

CLASS ETIQUETTE

  • Please bring your own mat and wear appropriate fitness clothing.
  • Please be mindful and respectful of others.
  • Please ensure all belongings (bag, shoes, coats, water bottles) are kept off the floor and away from Participant’s feet.
  • Please arrive on time.
  • It is advisable to maintain at least a two hour gap between the time you eat and the class.
  • Due to the hiring agreement of the premises, arriving to the drop-in class can be no earlier than 10 mins in advance and leaving can be no later than 10 mins after the class.
  • Please ensure that mobile phones or other devices are not used during the class, except in the case of an emergency.
  • If you aren’t feeling well please act responsibly by notifying the Instructor.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

  • Personal belongings are brought into the premises at the Participant’s risk & the Instructor nor the Premises do not accept liability for any loss or damage. Participants are advised to place personal belongings close to them.

FITNESS & HEALTH

  • Prior to booking the first class, Participants will have to complete a Health Questionnaire. It is solely the responsibility of you (the Participant) to have completed this accurately and truthfully. The Instructor will hold no responsibility for participants who fail to disclose any reason why they should not participate.
  • Whilst every effort is made to keep the classes safe and effective, there is a risk of injury with every physical activity. The Participant acknowledges that they are taking part of their own free will and are aware of the risk stated.
  • Participants are advised not to undertake strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have concerns over their physical condition.
  • Participants with the following conditions should consult a doctor: low/high blood pressure & cardiac irregularities. Participants must notify the Instructor of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated.

CLASS BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

  • The Health Questionnaire must be filled in prior to joining.
  • Drop-in classes can be booked up to 24 hours to 2 months in advance.
  • Private classes can be booked up to 5 days in advance.
  • If Participants need to cancel a class, a refund will be issued for cancellations made with at least 24 hours in advance for Drop-in classes and at least 48 hours for Private classes. 
  • Cancellations need to be notified via email to info@savita-khemlani.com
  • In the exceptional event that the Instructor needs to cancel a class or classes that you have booked, they will let the Participant/s know at least 48 hrs in advance by email and will provide a refund.
  • Your booking is not complete until you have received a booking confirmation via email. Please make sure you receive a booking confirmation before you attend the class. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact the Instructor by phone or e-mail.

CLASS PACKS

  • Class packs are valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
  • Class packs cannot be shared, extended or refunded.

PAYMENTS

  • Classes are paid via the website (via the ‘Book’ link) by credit/debit card. If Participants wish to pay for these in cash, please contact the Instructor.
